We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves shooting, editing, and managing social media content to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
🎬 Video Production & Editing:
• Shoot high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Edit engaging videos with smooth transitions, effects, and captions to make them viral-worthy.
• Add motion graphics, animations, and text overlays to enhance video quality.
• Optimize video formats and resolutions for different platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and techniques.
📲 Social Media Management:
• Manage daily posting schedules on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Research and implement trending topics, hashtags, and viral content strategies.
• Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular engagement.
• Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize future content.
• Respond to comments and engage with the audience to build community trust.
Requirements:
✔️ 1-3 years of experience in video editing & content creation.
✔️ Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
✔️ Experience in shooting high-quality videos using mobile or DSLR cameras.
✔️ Strong knowledge of social media trends, engagement strategies, and audience growth techniques.
✔️ Ability to edit videos quickly while maintaining high quality.
✔️ Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms is a plus.
✔️ Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
📌 Experience in working with brands, influencers, or marketing agencies.
📌 Strong understanding of reels, shorts, and viral content formats.
📌 Ability to create thumbnails, banners, and social media graphics (using Photoshop/Canva).
📌 Experience with basic color grading, sound editing, and AI tools for video enhancement.
