Job Title: HR/Finance Manager Intern

Location: remote/onsite

Position Type: Internship (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Duration: 3 Months

Compensation: 5000/-

Job Description:

As an HR/Finance Manager Intern, you will assist with various tasks related to human resources and financial management. You will work closely with our team to gain practical experience in these areas.

Responsibilities:

HR:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Help with employee engagement initiatives
  • Support with performance management tasks

Finance:

  • Assist with bookkeeping and data entry
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries
  • Help with payroll processing
  • Support with accounts payable and receivable

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR and Finance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace(sheets, docs, drive)
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
