Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹15000 per month

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated HR and Finance Manager to manage our human resources and financial operations efficiently. This is a critical role to streamline our growing workforce and financial processes.

Job Description:

As an HR and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to drive efficiency and profitability in HR and finance operations.

Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees.

• Maintain and update employee records, payroll, and attendance.

• Manage employee engagement programs and conflict resolution.

• Monitor performance appraisals and career growth plans.

• Ensure legal compliance in hiring, labor laws, and company policies.

• Design employee retention and motivation strategies.

• Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave management.

Finance Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.

• Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, and commissions.

• Track expenses, invoices, vendor payments, and financial reports.

• Maintain compliance with tax regulations, GST, and statutory filings.

• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control measures.

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.

• Analyze financial risks and recommend cost-saving strategies.

• Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in HR and Finance management roles.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and accounting software (Zoho Books/Tally/Odoo ERP).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and solve problems efficiently.

• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, tax laws, and business compliance.
