Position: Field Technician (Full-Time)
Work Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM, 6 days per week

What We Offer:
• Salary: 15000/- – 25000/-
• Starting Salary:
• ₹15,000/month
• Post-Training Benefits:
• Salary increment based on performance after 1 month.
• Performance-based work commission on every completed invoice. estimated commission 4k to 10k (Monthly)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Safety Net Installation: Install safety nets for balconies, terraces, and other areas as per customer requirements.
2. Cloth Hanger Installation: Install cloth hangers with precision.
3. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide timely service.
4. Site Inspection and Task Completion: Inspect the site before installation and ensure quality completion of assigned tasks.
5. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform maintenance or repair services when required.
6. Report and Update: Update supervisors or the team manager about task progress.
Requirements:
• Experience: No prior experience required. Freshers are welcome.
• Education: Minimum 10th. Android Mobile usage must know
• Two Wheeler, Android Mobile
• Skills:
• Basic technical skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training.
• Good physical fitness for handling tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and a customer-first attitude.
Training Period:
• Duration: 1 month.
• Training Includes: Hands-on training in installation techniques, customer communication, and task management.
• Evaluation: Post-training performance evaluation to determine salary increments and readiness for commission-based work.
