Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years in HR and Finance management roles.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and accounting software (Zoho Books/Tally/Odoo ERP).
