Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our wide range of safety net solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients and present our products and services convincingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of sales success, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Proficiency in Englis, Hindi, Telugu communication is a must.
